pamflow's beginner tutorial output dataset

This repository contains the outputs resulting from runing pamflow on a minimal dataset. The repository includes the outputs of each pamflow's pipeline in separated folders: Acoustic indices: One CSV file per sensor containing values for the acoustic indices computed by pamflow Data preparation: The standardized acoustic data sets Media and Deployments along with a summary of the Media CSV file. Graphical Soundscape: Plots and values for each sensor corresponding to the graphical soundscape Quality Control: Visual aids for confronting expectations of the acoustic deployments against actual results. Species Detection: The standardized acoustic dataset for species vocalziation Observations. This folder also has the acoustic segments where vocalizations are present. The Foundation for Conservation and Sustainable Development (FCDS) has been promoting sustainable forest management practices through community forestry to conserve local forests, reduce deforestation near the Serranía de Chiribiquete National Natural Park (PNN), and improve the quality of life of local communities. To evaluate the effectiveness of these actions, a community monitoring project was carried out in the municipalities of San Jose del Guaviare, El Retorno, and Calamar, located in Guaviare, Colombia. The field audio recordings and monitoring design were co-created with the Humboldt Institute and the local community. If you use this dataset for testing or for developing other open-source tools, please be sure to acknowledge all participating community members, researchers, and institutions involved. The data cannot be used for machine learning purposes or for training AI models without explicit consent from the data creators.
