In the framework of sustainable development, engineering projects are required to adhere to the principles of sustainable development throughout their construction phases to prevent damage to the ecological environment. Among these requirements, not occupying protected areas serves as a hard red line for engineering construction, and constitutes the primary ecological risk faced during project development. By overlaying protected area datasets with engineering project location datasets, the ecological risk boundaries during the construction process can be intuitively visualized.
