This dataset is associated with two Galaxy Training Network tutorials: "Bacterial Genome Annotation" and "Identification of AMR genes in an assembled bacterial genome". It has been generated following the tutorial "Genome Assembly of a bacterial genome (MRSA) sequenced using Illumina MiSeq Data"本数据集关联两项Galaxy训练网络（Galaxy Training Network）教程：《细菌基因组注释》与《已组装细菌基因组中的AMR基因鉴定》。该数据集是依据《基于Illumina MiSeq测序数据的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）细菌基因组组装》教程生成的。
