Data Set on Intra-views in Public Canteens. Human-Food Resonance for Sustainable Food Consumption.

This dataset contains the transcripts of 10 intra-views conducted. The names of the participants have been pseudonymized. In addition, the data set provides Excel spreadsheets of the data analysis showing the identified forces, flows, and moments of (de)stabilization along an assemblage analysis. Lastly, this data set also provides the questionnaire used for the conduction of the intra-views本数据集收录了10场组内访谈（intra-views）的转录文本，所有受访参与者的姓名均已完成匿名化处理。此外，本数据集配套提供了数据分析所用的Excel电子表格，其中展示了基于集合体分析（assemblage analysis）所识别出的各类作用力、流动过程与（去）稳定化节点。最后，本数据集还附带了本次组内访谈所使用的调查问卷。
