Waipa District Plan - Zone Overlay: Airport Noise

Future residential and noise sensitive development near the Airport are controlled by an Airnoise boundary (ANB) and the Outer Control boundary (OCB). The ANB establishes the extents for the maximum level of aircraft noise exposure (LDN65).The OCB establishes the extents for the protection of amenity values, and prescribes the maximum sounds exposure from aircraft noise at this boundary (LDN55). NOTE: This dataset can only be downloaded in a WGS 1984 projection. For accurate spatial analysis in New Zealand, ensure it is reprojected to the NZ standard projection. The Waipa District Plan was made operative on 14 August 2017 and has legal effect from this date.
