The number of fish with a specific genotype and its percentage in the sampled population is shown. The upper and lower cases indicate favourite and non-favourite nucleotides related to discovered SNPs on Omy16 and Omy17. T and G are the favourite SNPs on Omy16 and Omy17, respectively. Thus, the first and last columns of genotype show the number of fish with double homozygote for favourite and non-favourite SNPs.
