黄土高原人口分布图谱库（1982、1990、2000、2010、2012年），涉及人口数量、人口素质、人口结构等指标。对黄土高原地区的县级行政区域的统计数据进行空间化处理，建立具有统一空间坐标参数，统一数据格式的空间数据集，并根据相应阈值范围进行分等定级，遵循统一的图例标准前提下分别得到1982、1990、2000、2010的人口结构、人口数量和人口素质图集以及2012年的人口数量图。
Population Distribution Atlas Database of the Loess Plateau (1982, 1990, 2000, 2010, 2012) covers indicators including population size, population quality and population structure. Statistical data of county-level administrative regions in the Loess Plateau were spatially processed to establish a spatial dataset with unified spatial coordinate parameters and uniform data formats. Furthermore, classification and grading were conducted based on corresponding threshold ranges. Under the premise of adhering to a unified legend standard, atlases of population structure, population size and population quality for the years 1982, 1990, 2000 and 2010, as well as the population size map for 2012, were respectively generated.
