Class prediction of 144 transcripts from the Training Set.

Class prediction was performed using support vector machines (SVM). The 144 transcripts derived from the Training Set were used to build the SVM model, the model was then run in the other two cohorts and the external cohort (Maertzdorf et al).本研究采用支持向量机（Support Vector Machines, SVM）完成类别预测任务。从训练集中获取的144条转录本被用于构建该支持向量机模型，随后将该模型应用于另外两个队列及Maertzdorf等人研究中的外部队列进行验证。
