Zoysia japonica Steud response to wounding Transcriptome

we observed the organ regeneration process of Zenith (within 48 h). Then transcriptome analysis of the early wounding stage of Z. japonica cultivar “Zenith” was performed, and global expression pattern of genes which were relevant to the PIN1 and WUS network was analyzed. The results identified key genes involved in the Z. japonica organ regeneration, and provided a dataset for future studies of Z. japonica.
