Tail-Seq For Zebrafish Early Embryos Injected With Control Or Tut4/7 Morpholinos (Internal Id: Hs31, Part 8/10)

This dataset contains the raw sequencing data from a TAIL-seq run for zebrafish embryos. The cluster intensities of fluorescence signals are repacked as an HDF5 formatted file, then split into multiple parts to fit in the dataset size limitation of the Zenodo.本数据集包含针对斑马鱼胚胎的尾端测序（TAIL-seq）实验所得的原始测序数据。其中荧光信号的簇强度经重新打包为HDF5格式文件，随后被拆分为多个分卷以适配Zenodo平台的数据集大小限制。
