Data behind the figures in Carrier localization in defected areas of (Cd, Mn) Te quantum well investigated via Optically Detected Magnetic Resonance employed in the microscale publication

The attached dataset has been visualised as figures in the publication ‘Carrier localisation in defected areas of (Cd, Mn) Te quantum well investigated via Optically Detected Magnetic Resonance employed in the microscale’. A factual description of the data can be found in the publication. Data has been collected by a spectrometer. Dataset is saved as ASCII file and is divided into columns.Dataset description:Columns 1-8: Figure 1a. Columns 1,3,5,7 contain energy values in meV, columns 2,4,6,8 contain reflectance data corresponding to the energy values. Individual plots are recreated by plotting columns 2,4,6,8 as a function of, respectively, 1,3,5,7.Columns 10-11: Figure 1b. Column 10 contains values of ΔE in meV, column 11 contains values of Acx/Ax (arb. u.). Plotting column 11 vs column 10 will recreate the plot as seen in publication.Columns 13-15: Figure 2b. Columns 13, 14, 15 contain respectively values of x (um), y (um), Acx/Ax (arb. u.) used to create a map seen in Figure 2b.Columns 17-19: Figure 2c. Columns 17, 18, 19 contain respectively values of x (um), y (um), ΔE (meV) used to create a map seen in Figure 2c.Columns 21-23: Figure 3a.
