Whole genome sequencing powered ctDNA sequencing for breast cancer detection

These data and code are in support of the publication "Whole genome sequencing powered ctDNA sequencing for breast cancer detection" by Garcia-Murillas, I. et al. (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.annonc.2025.01.021). In this version of the data frame duplicate sample entries 67, 117 and 250 (duplicate entries of 66, 116 and 249, respectively) have been removed.本数据集与代码用于支撑Garcia-Murilla, I. 等人发表的题为《依托全基因组测序的循环肿瘤DNA (circulating tumor DNA, ctDNA) 测序用于乳腺癌检测》的研究论文（https://doi.org/10.1016/j.annonc.2025.01.021）。在本数据框的此版本中，已移除重复样本条目67、117与250，上述条目分别为条目66、116与249的重复副本。
