Dataset associated with "Antagonistic circuits mediating Infanticide and Maternal Care in Females"

Raw data for each figure and extended data figures. Also included in each folder is the histology and Matlab code for regenerating the figure. The behavior annotation is achieved using behaviorAnnotator, originally developed by Piotr Dollar (https://github.com/pdollar/toolbox). The slightly modified code are also deposited here.本数据集包含所有主图及扩展数据图的原始实验数据。每个子文件夹中还附带了用于复现对应图表的组织学（histology）样本数据与Matlab代码。本研究中的行为标注工作依托behaviorAnnotator工具完成，该工具最初由Piotr Dollar开发，其官方源码仓库地址为https://github.com/pdollar/toolbox。针对该工具的小幅修改版代码亦已随本数据集一并存档于此。
