Dataset of experimental and computational characterization of tissue spheroid fusion

Collection of hdf5 data files corresponding to the data presented in the original paper (shown by the directory structure). This contains both experimental data (live imaging of spheroid fusion using bright-field and confocal microscopy imaging) and computational data (simulations of active foam using Mpacts). Raw data is not presented, but processed, containing the quantities and metrics reported in the paper. Various csv and xlsx files are attached, which can be readily imported using pandas in Python, relating to: - processed experimental fusion data (100 cells, 500 cells, and new JASP experiments) - measures of granularity / contact angles using GSI - MSRD data from two-photon microscopy experiments - Combined data of all parameter studies and their extracted metrics from the computational model. Furthermore, pickle files of extracted cell tracks are also included.本数据集为与原论文所呈现数据对应的HDF5（HDF5）数据文件集合，其目录结构可清晰体现各文件与对应数据的关联关系。 本数据集包含两类核心数据：其一为实验数据，即采用明场显微镜与共聚焦显微镜开展的球体融合活细胞成像数据；其二为计算数据，即采用Mpacts工具进行的活性泡沫模拟数据。 本数据集未提供原始数据，仅包含经处理后的、与论文中报告的量化指标与度量值一致的数据。 数据集附带多种可通过Python的pandas库便捷导入的CSV与XLSX格式文件，相关内容涵盖： - 经处理的实验融合数据（包含100细胞组、500细胞组以及新型JASP实验数据集） - 采用GSI获取的粒度/接触角测量数据 - 双光子显微镜实验得到的MSRD数据 - 所有参数研究的整合数据集及其从计算模型中提取的各类度量指标 此外，本数据集还包含提取得到的细胞轨迹的Pickle（pickle）文件。
