MASSP 2.0 Middle-aged Probabilistic Atlas

Probabilistic maps for 35 subcortical structures from the middle-aged section of the high-resolution sample of the AHEAD database (41 to 60 year old, 24 subjects). A parcellation as well as average and standard deviation maps for each individual structure are provided, all in MNI2009b space (note that the voxel data is stored in RPS, not RAS).本数据集包含AHEAD数据库高分辨率样本中年亚组（年龄41至60岁，共24名受试者）的35个皮层下结构（subcortical structures）的概率图谱。数据集同时提供了每个独立皮层下结构的分区图谱、平均图谱及标准差图谱，所有图谱均处于MNI2009b标准空间中。请注意：体素数据采用RPS坐标系存储，而非RAS坐标系。
