1. Features of the Solution
Automation: We have built plant-wide systems including DCS, SCADA and others to realize the monitoring and control of the entire production process.
Digitization: The plant leverages the plant-wide network platform to achieve real-time collection of production data, quickly grasp the production operation status, realize seamless docking between the production environment and information systems, and improve the management's perception and monitoring capabilities of the production site.
Modelization: Various process and business models are constructed based on the plant model, and aligned with various production management activities.
Integration: An enterprise information integration platform has been built, with MES as the core. It supports enterprise operational management at the upper level, and is highly integrated with real-time data of production processes at the lower level, connecting independent information systems into a complete, reliable and effective whole.
Visualization: A 3D visual factory has been constructed, and integrated with functions such as production technology, equipment information, video surveillance, plant monitoring, energy management and quality inspection, providing direct business scenario displays for production operators and managers.
Scientific Decision-Making: Using big data technology, data from various application systems are centrally stored and analyzed, assisting the company's leadership to timely identify problems, analyze the causes of problems, conduct risk early warnings, and realize scientific decision-making.
