This dataset contains the climatology of ocean, atmospheric, and sea-ice outputs of the lig127k-GlbVeg experiment integrated using the ACCESS-ESM1.5, averaged from 200 model years of simulation. The lig127k-GlbVeg experiment is similar to the PMIP4 lig127k. Both are equilibrium experiments of the Last Interglacial (127,000 years ago) and follow the CMIP6-PMIP4 protocol. While lig127k has a global vegetation cover corresponding to the pre-industrial climate conditions, lig127k-GlbVeg uses vegetation maps generated by a vegetation model, LPJ-GUESS, based on the ACCESS-ESM1.5 Last Interglacial conditions. , , # Impact of vegetation changes on climate during the Last Interglacial Dataset DOI: [10.5061/dryad.bzkh189q4](https://doi.org/10.5061/dryad.bzkh189q4) ## Description of the data and file structure The results presented in this study are based on simulations with the Australian Community Climate and Earth System Simulator (ACCESS-ESM1.5, Ziehn et al., 2020), which is a fully coupled atmosphere-land-ocean-sea-ice-carbon-cycle model. The model was first integrated under Last Interglacial (LIG, 127,000 years ago, lig127k) boundary conditions following the PMIP4 protocol (Otto-Bliesner et al., 2017). The model is forced by appropriate orbital parameters and atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations (Yeung et al., 2021).
