Combined multi-ethnic genome-wide association studies of 136 quantitative ear morphology traits identify 16 loci with 8 novel ones

File "SupplementalData.txt" includes rsid, chromosome, basepair position (GRCh37), C-GWAS P, MinGWAS P, the phenotype with which the minimal P was obtained, the beta correspondent the minimal P, and uncorrected minimal P. RawData includes raw summary statistics (beta and p-value) for 136 meta-analysis of ear morphology (The file name is the phenotype name). The order of the SNPS corresponds to the order of the "SupplementalData.txt" file.
