Evolution of the genetic load of invasive insect species

The aim is to use a population genomics approach to study the evolution of the genetic load during biological invasions in several invasive insect species. For each species, native and invasive populations were sampled. All population sequencing data are obtained from whole-genome pool-sequencing.Additionnaly, genome assembly an annotation has been done for three species of the project.
