Warps

Warps to and from the antsct-aging template and the MNI152 space.<br>The MNI template is the MNI Nonlinear 2009c Asym, which was retrieved from templateflow v1.4.1.<br>The warps are synthesized by registering 10 images to both templates, then performing a multi-channel registration using each of the 10 warped images in the MNI (fixed) and the antsct-aging (moving) space.<br>The images used were part of the MICCAI 2012 segmentation challenge, but any images could be used as long as they have good registration quality to both templates.本数据集涵盖antsct-aging模板与MNI152空间之间的双向配准变换场。 所用MNI模板为MNI非线性2009c非对称模板（MNI Nonlinear 2009c Asym），该模板源自templateflow v1.4.1。 该变换场的合成流程如下：首先将10幅图像分别配准至上述两个模板空间，随后以MNI空间（固定参考空间）与antsct-aging空间（待配准图像空间）内的10幅配准后图像为输入，执行多通道配准。 本次所用图像源自MICCAI 2012分割挑战赛数据集，但只要图像能够在两个模板空间中获得良好配准质量，即可作为本数据集的可用输入图像。
