资源简介:
Data supporting the publication "Electric and Solvent Stability of Polymer Brushes Are Dictated by Different Design Principles" in Macromolecules (vol. 59, issue 6, 3498-3507, published March 2026.
Supporting experimental data includes:Ellipsometry data. Objective: Determine the dry height of polymer brushes prior to and after exposure to various solvents (labelled _SolventStability) and electrical potentials (labelled _ElectroStability), including the electro-stability study with differential initial heights (labelled _LengthDependence).Files: metadata + ellipsometry data (xls), categorized by the study of solvent-stability, electro-stability and length-dependence.X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) data. Objective: Determine the relative composition of the polymer brushes via a wide survey, such as C, O, and S atoms. In addition, determine the relative amounts of carbon moieties via a C1s narrow scan, such as carboxylic, alcohol and alkyl groups.Files: metadata + processed ratios (xls), categorized by the type of measurement (wide vs. carbon narrow). Static contact angle. Objective: Determine the change in wettability prior to and after exposure to various solvents. Files: metadata + contact angle data (xls)Cyclic voltammetry (CV). Objective: Determine the on-set of electrically driven degrafting and/or absorption processes. Files: raw data of each 1st CV scan at varying scan rates of 25-150 mVs, sorted by sample type (labelled as Monomer-Anchor) (xls)
