Ananas comosus Raw sequence reads

In the present study, we obtain a data set by comparatively sampling tissue in three different stages (vegetative growth, physiological differentiation, morphological differentiation) from both the original pineapple line and the mutant early flower pineapple line. This data set would be useful for exploring potential molecular differences between these two lines.
