Regional Register of Social Cooperatives at 30-04-2022

The Regional Register of Social Cooperatives was established in implementation of Article 4 of Regional Law No 7/2015 “Promotion and enhancement of social cooperatives in Campania, in implementation of Law No 381 of 8 November 1991 – Discipline of social cooperatives” which, in recognising the usefulness of the social and economic function exercised by cooperation on the regional territory, aims, inter alia, to promote and disseminate their entrepreneurial culture and social responsibility, as well as to regulate their collaboration with public administrations for activities for the benefit of disadvantaged people and other fragile subjects.社会合作社区域登记册（Regional Register of Social Cooperatives）系根据第7/2015号区域法律第4条设立。该区域法律的宗旨为"促进并强化坎帕尼亚大区的社会合作社发展"，其制定依据为1991年11月8日第381号法律——《社会合作社规制》。该法律认可了合作社在区域范围内行使的社会与经济功能的价值，除其他目标外，旨在推广并传播其创业文化与社会责任，同时规范其与公共行政部门的合作，以开展惠及弱势群体及其他脆弱群体的相关活动。
