Justice Center Staff Exclusion List Checks by Month: Beginning 2022

This dataset shows the number of Staff Exclusion List (SEL) checks performed by month. Provider agencies under the Justice Center’s jurisdiction, as well as other providers identified in statute, are required to check the SEL before hiring someone who will have regular and substantial contact with an individual with special needs.
