In this zip folder are the gal3 images used to generate the data in the paper, in Zeiss lsm format. They are sorted into folders and subfolders by genotype, and named according to the date taken. The Zeiss lsm format has other metadata (voxel size, image size, etc) associated with it. The files were analyzed using Matlab code available on the Reeveslab website.
本压缩包内含本论文中用于生成实验数据的gal3图像，格式为蔡司LSM（Zeiss LSM）格式。所有图像已按基因型分组至各级文件夹与子文件夹中，并以拍摄日期命名。蔡司LSM格式附带其他相关元数据，包括体素尺寸、图像尺寸等。本数据集文件已通过Reeveslab官网公开的Matlab代码完成分析处理。
