Gigwa

This instance of the “Genotype Investigator for Genome-Wide Analyses” is hosted by CIRAD. It provides interactive access to high-density genotyping datasets for rice, cassava and sorghum. All Gigwa-hosted datasets are interoperable via two standard REST APIs: GA4GH and BrAPI. The primary method of access is through their API.
