Real Time PCR to detect changes in target gene expression in hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage samples and HMC3 cell samples.

Eighteen human blood samples were collected, including six normal control blood samples, five blood samples from hypertensive patients and seven blood samples from hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients. 本研究共收集18份人类血液样本，涵盖6份正常对照血液样本、5份高血压患者血液样本及7份高血压脑出血患者血液样本。采用SYBR GreenⅠ实时荧光定量PCR（SYBR GreenⅠ Real Time PCR）检测高血压脑出血患者血液样本中mRNA与长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）的转录水平变化；另采用实时荧光定量PCR检测HMC3细胞样本中靶基因（HP/ORM1/AP005329.1）的表达水平变化，相关实验数据包含原始Ct值与2^(-ΔΔCt)值。
