Transcriptome analysis of Chinese fir roots under simulated nitrogen deposition and inoculation with AMF

Under conditions of simulated nitrogen deposition and inoculation of two different AMF, the transcriptome changes of Chinese fir seedlings were analyzed to reveal the mechanism of fir-AMF symbiosis.
