Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain:NJF-55 Genome sequencing and assembly

This study presents the genome sequencing and assembly of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, a bacterial species isolated from sheep GIT. The genome was sequenced using Illumina, to understand its genetic composition, phylogenetic position, and potential functional genes. The assembled genome will be used for further annotation and comparative genomic studies.
