scAgeCom Seurat TMS objects

These are the Seurat objects (rds files) that contain the Tabula Muris Senis (Droplet and FACS) datasets used as inputs to the scAgeCom intercellular communication analysis. They are similar to the original (python) TMS datasets and, in addition, they contain custom cell type names and families used specifically for the cell-cell communication analysis.本数据集为用于输入至scAgeCom细胞间通讯分析的Seurat对象（Seurat objects，存储为rds格式文件（rds files）），涵盖小鼠衰老细胞图谱（Tabula Muris Senis）数据集，该数据集包含液滴法（Droplet）与荧光激活细胞分选法（FACS）两种实验方法生成的数据。该数据集与原始Python版TMS数据集高度相似，且额外包含专门用于细胞间通讯分析的自定义细胞类型名称及细胞家族分类。
