This dataset is for the work on growth of diamond on lithium niobate(LNO) and lithium tantalate(LTO) Raman data: raw data for LNO, silicon dioxed coated LNO (SLNO), LTO, silicon dioxide on LTO (SLTO), diamond on SLTO and diamond on SLNO. First column is raman shift and the second is intensity. XPS: x-ray photo electron spectroscopy data for LNO and LTO. Needs Casa xps for opening and analysing the data. Zeta: zeta potential data for LNO and LTO. each data point is a set of measuments.
