The available data is the development plan “Koenigswiese_3F_Ae” of the city of Wiesloch from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Enlargement of the building windows (compared to the existing surpassed building or building escape plan).开发计划（BPL）包含了约束城市规划秩序的具有法律效力的各项规定。原则上，开发计划需以土地利用计划为基础编制。本次可用数据集为维斯洛赫市（Wiesloch）基于XPlanung 5.0平台生成的开发计划"Koenigswiese_3F_Ae"。说明：本方案针对建筑窗户进行扩建，对比基准为超出原规划的既有建筑或建筑逃生规划。
