A 2016 UK SAM for CCS deployment

This is a 2016 UK Social Accounting Matrix (SAM) for use in projects aiming to explore the introduction of a Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), transport and storage specific, sector in the UK economy. In the current version the new CCS sector is assumed to be identical, in terms of its supply chain and production technology, to the existing UK Oil and Gas sector. In fact, it has been created by disaggregating the Oil and Gas sector. This SAM incorporates the latest input-output tables published by the Office for National Statistics.
