To compare RNA-seq data from reprogrammed and nonprogrammed (control) mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) and to find the genes that strongly change their expression in this process.本数据集旨在比较重编程与未重编程（对照）小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞（mouse embryonic fibroblasts, MEFs）的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据，并筛选出在此过程中表达发生显著改变的基因。
