在数据采集阶段,使用现场工程地址数据、3D地图数据、水文数据资料、气象数据资料,勘测工具如测距仪、测厚仪、便携式有毒有害/可燃气体检测报警仪等工具进行数据收集。在数据处理阶段,把采集的如园区地理信息、总体布局、公用及辅助设施等数据作为分析输入,并根据检查表法进行法律法规符合性检查、用定性定量模拟法进行定性定量分析计算评价等方法,生成园区风险等级、危险有害因素辨识、防范措施、危险等级、危险程度、危险源分布、安全隐患、整改措施等结论性数据。数据本身涉及园区企业数据,通过泛化、抑制、掩码等技术进行数据脱敏、匿名化、去标识化,在保障数据可用性的同时避免敏感信息泄露。

During the data collection stage, data was collected using on-site engineering address data, 3D map data, hydrological data, and meteorological data, alongside survey instruments including rangefinders, thickness gauges, and portable toxic, hazardous and flammable gas detection and alarm devices. During the data processing stage, collected data such as park geographic information, overall layout, public and auxiliary facilities were employed as analytical inputs. Methods including checklist-based legal and regulatory compliance checks, qualitative and quantitative analysis, calculation and evaluation via qualitative-quantitative simulation were adopted to produce conclusive data covering park risk level, hazard identification, prevention measures, danger grade, hazard severity, hazard source distribution, safety hazards, rectification measures, and other relevant outcomes. The involved park enterprise data was subjected to data desensitization, anonymization and de-identification through technologies such as generalization, suppression and masking, so as to avoid sensitive information leakage while ensuring data availability.
