Matlab code for the individual-based simulation model

The simulation code consists of 18 m-files and one program written in C. This folder also contains input data used in the manuscript. The main simulation program is variance_model.m, which calls 16 sub-models. master_wn_125.m is where the user can specify input parameter values and run the program. This code was developed in Matlab 2016b.
