HuProt proteome-wide autoantibody reactivity data from patients with systemic sclerosis and healthy controls

This dataset contains proteome-wide serum autoantibody reactivity measurements generated using HuProt human protein microarrays as part of the study "Expanding the Autoantibody Landscape of Systemic Sclerosis Through Proteome-wide Screening". Serum samples from 11 patients with systemic sclerosis and 28 healthy controls were screened for autoantibody reactivity against more than 21,000 human proteins. The dataset accompanies the manuscript submitted to Scientific Reports and supports the reported proteome-wide autoantibody screening results.
