Analysis of an optical imaging system prototype for autonomously monitoring zooplankton in an aquaculture facility

This upload consists of a zip file containing all the images used in the zooplankton training library. Individual folders of each zooplankton class contain all the images in the training library for that respective class. Each image is labeled with its actual classification. The labeled images provide a reproducible source to test and retest various classification algorithms and image decomposition approaches.本上传文件为压缩包，内含浮游动物（zooplankton）训练库所用的全部图像。各浮游动物类别的专属文件夹均存储了对应类别在该训练库中的全部图像。每张图像均标注了其真实分类类别。此类标注图像可提供可复现的数据源，用于反复测试各类分类算法与图像分解方法。
