Additional file 19: Table S4. Estimates of evolutionary divergence among putative side chain arabinosyltransferase sequences. The number of amino acid differences per site from between sequences are shown. The analysis involved 20 amino acid sequences. All positions with less than 80% site coverage were eliminated. Less than 20% alignment gaps, missing data and ambiguous bases were allowed at any position. There were total of 694 positions in the final dataset.
