PAS-seq of NUDT21 knockdown in OVCAR3 from Homo sapiens

This study explores the effects of NUDT21 knockdown on alternative polyadenylation (APA) in OVCAR3 ovarian cancer cells using PAS-seq. NUDT21 is a key component of the CFIm complex involved in APA site selection. By comparing global APA profiles between NUDT21 knockdown and control cells, the study aims to uncover post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms that may influence gene expression and cancer cell behavior. These data will contribute to our understanding of how RNA 3' end processing affects ovarian cancer progression.
