Transcriptional profiling of human iPS-HSCs overexpressing LHX2 compared with control iPS-HSCs, which were cocultured with human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived hepatic progenitor cells (iPS-HPCs). Two-condition experiment, iPS-HSCs treated with doxycyclin (Dox) vs. iPS-HSCs treated with vehicle. Human iPS cell lines overexpressing LHX2 (iLHX2-iPS cells) were established. Activation of LHX2 expression in iLHX2-iPS cells is responsive to a Dox treatment. Human iPS-HSCs were induced as described as below. Human iPS-HSCs were cocultured with human iPS-derived hepatic progenitor cells for 7 days with or wihtout Dox. Harvested celles were dissociated, and were sorted using fluorescence-activated cell sorter.
