Input and output files for rates analysis, organised by source study

Files include nucleotide alignments, newick format tree files, PAML control files, and PAML output files, organised by source study of the genetic/phylogenetic data and by gene. Nucleotide sequences were obtained from GenBank and aligned, or obtained from the source study authors directly (where noted in the Supplementary Material 2) but were further modified for analysis conducted in this study. Thus, the alignments do not necessarily reflect the original source study alignments.

本数据集包含按遗传/系统发育数据的来源研究及基因进行分组的核苷酸序列比对（nucleotide alignments）文件、Newick格式系统发育树文件（Newick format tree files）、PAML控制文件（PAML control files）及PAML输出文件（PAML output files）。核苷酸序列可从GenBank获取并完成比对，或直接从来源研究作者处获得（详见补充材料2），但均针对本研究的分析需求进行了进一步修改。因此，本数据集的序列比对结果未必与原始来源研究中的比对结果完全一致。
