Supplementary Tables: Synthesis of Included Studies and Performance Metrics — Sensors for Physiological Monitoring in Neonatal Intensive Care Units
收藏资源简介:
Overview This dataset provides supplementary tables accompanying the scoping review "Sensors for Physiological Monitoring in Neonatal Intensive Care Units: A Scoping Review of the Conventional and Emerging Technology Ecosystem" (submitted to CBEB 2026, the Brazilian Congress of Biomedical Engineering). The review maps conventional and emerging sensor technologies used for physiological monitoring of neonates in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) and follows the PRISMA-ScR framework. Forty studies were included after a two-stage screening process across PubMed, Scopus, and IEEE Xplore. Due to page constraints in the conference proceedings, the full per-study extraction tables are provided here rather than in the main manuscript. Contents Table SI — Synthesis of the 40 Included Studies: for each study, the monitored physiological parameter(s), physical sensing principle, device form, and type of validation employed. Table SII — Main Reported Performance Metrics: the principal quantitative performance metric (e.g., accuracy, correlation, Bland-Altman bias, mean absolute error) reported by each of the 40 included studies. Reference numbering Reference numbers in both tables ([7]–[46]) match the numbered reference list of the main manuscript, where they correspond to the bibliographic citation of each of the 40 included studies.
