Survey on Agile Adoption: Challenges, Barriers, and Mitigations in Agile Teams

This dataset contains the structure of the questionnaire and the collected responses from a survey investigating the adoption of Agile principles in project teams and organizations. The survey aimed to explore employees' perceptions, experiences, and challenges in Agile environments, considering diverse roles, levels of experience, and organizational contexts.The questionnaire included both closed-ended and open-ended questions. Closed-ended questions gathered demographic data and Agile principle recognition, while open-ended questions captured insights on causes, barriers, and mitigation strategies in Agile adoption. To ensure relevance, responses from participants without Agile experience were excluded.The data was collected through an online survey, allowing for broad participation and efficient data gathering. This dataset can serve as a resource for researchers and practitioners interested in understanding Agile adoption challenges and strategies for improving Agile implementation.本数据集涵盖一项调研的问卷结构与回收所得的全部应答数据，该调研旨在探究项目团队与组织对敏捷原则（Agile principles）的采用现状。本次调研聚焦考察不同岗位角色、工作经验层级及组织场景下，从业人员在敏捷工作环境中的认知、实践经历与面临的挑战。该问卷同时设置封闭式与开放式两类问题：封闭式问题用于收集受访者的人口统计信息及对敏捷原则的认知程度；开放式问题则用于获取敏捷原则采用的动因、阻碍因素及应对策略的相关见解。为确保数据相关性，本研究剔除了无敏捷工作经验的受访者的应答数据。本次数据通过线上调研渠道收集，可实现大范围参与与高效的数据采集。本数据集可为致力于探究敏捷原则采用难点及优化敏捷落地策略的研究人员与行业从业者提供宝贵的研究资源。
