Dataset required for replication of results in the paper 'kernel DMD for multiome integration and control'

This data includes proteome, transcriptome and metabolome data for two Clusia species under stress and control. It is used as input to code (DOI:) for generating results in the paper 'kernel DMD with control applied to multiome network integration for phenocopying complex biological systems'. The study compares dynamics of two Clusia species using a data-driven dynamic systems tool and finds control features that shift the C3 photosynthetic type to the CAM type. The data uploaded also includes feature names, CAM related features, metabolite names, protein-protein interactions retrieved from STRING database as apriori knowledge for input into the model and gas exchange data used as output.
本数据集包含两种胶树属(Clusia)物种在胁迫条件与对照组下的蛋白质组(proteome)、转录组(transcriptome)及代谢组(metabolome)数据。该数据集可作为输入代码(DOI:)的输入数据,用于生成发表于论文《带控制的核动态模态分解(kernel DMD)应用于多组学(multiome)网络整合以复刻复杂生物系统表型》中的相关结果。本研究采用数据驱动的动态系统分析工具,对两种胶树属物种的动态特征展开对比,并成功发掘出可将C3光合类型转化为CAM光合类型的调控特征。本次上传的数据集还包含特征名称、CAM相关特征、代谢物名称、从STRING数据库(STRING)获取的作为模型先验知识的蛋白质相互作用数据,以及用作模型输出的气体交换数据。
