Primary human pancreatic cancer-associated fibroblasts were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, with 3 culture dishes per group. The control group received DMSO treatment, while the treatment group was induced with niraparib. RNA was extracted and subsequently sent for next-generation RNA sequencing.
