Iliac Activation Repository

This repository contains data and scripts for data analysis used in the manuscript Nerual mechanisms underlying leg muscle responses during cervical transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation. These scripts perform the statistical tests and generate the plots implemented in the manuscript, as well as the underlying analysis and calculations. The dataset includes EMG recordings and derived summary structures used for recruitment curve analysis, motor threshold identification, latency, suppression calculations, and other parameters across stimulation configurations. Information about the organization and function of the data and scripts is detailed in the README.txt document.本仓库包含用于论文《颈椎经皮脊髓刺激期间腿部肌肉反应的神经机制》数据分析所用的数据与脚本。这些脚本可执行该论文中采用的统计检验、绘图生成，以及底层分析与计算工作。本数据集包含肌电图（Electromyography, EMG）记录数据与衍生汇总结构，用于覆盖不同刺激配置的募集曲线分析、运动阈值识别、潜伏期计算、抑制效应计算及其他参数分析。关于数据与脚本的组织形式与功能细节，详见README.txt文档。
