aRcryst = Σ (||Fobs|−|Fcalc||) / Σ|Fobs|, where Fobs and Fcalc are the observed and calculated structure-factor amplitudes, respectively. bRfree was calculated as Rcryst using the reflections in a test set not used for structure refinement, which is a randomly selected subset containing 4.5% of unique reflections. cCalculated using MolProbity. Numbers reflect the percentage of residues in the preferred, allowed, and disallowed regions, respectively.
