Anvi'o single-copy core gene taxonomy for healthy gut metagenomes

Each file in this data pack is the output of the program `anvi-estimate-scg-taxonomy`, for a given ribosomal protein, with the `--long-format` and `--metagenome-mode` flags run on 3,036 gut metagenomes generated from healthy individuals across the globe.
