RNA Seq of mouse peritoneal neutrophils and MTX-MP-activated neutrophils in vivo

H22 ascites mice were i.p injected with LLC derived culture medium twice, following the MTX-MP i.p injection, 18h later, the peritoneal cavity neutrophils were used for RNA-Seq analysis. Sample CR2-Ctrl-1,CR2-Ctrl-2,CR2-Ctrl-3 was Ctrl in control group, sample CR2-MTX-MP-1,CR2-MTX-MP-2,CR2-MTX-MP-3 was MTX-MP-activated neutrophil in MTX-MP treatment group
